Well we made our first overnight visit to the hospital with our lil' man. We went to the doctor on Wednesday because for a few weeks now, Tyce would have these episodes where he would stop breathing, and Troy or I would have to blow in his face to get him to breath again. It was getting pretty scary. So the doctor decided to admit him yesterday for an overnight visit where they could just monitor his breathing and make sure that there isn't anything seriously wrong with him. They diagnosed him with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, which is basically acid reflux for a baby. The only difference with him is that he won't throw up, it will just get caught in his throat and cause him to stop breathing. So we have to give him 2 antibiotics everyday now, probably for a few months if not longer. He also has a small heart murmur, so they did an echo scan thing on him while we were in the hospital, the tech couldn't see much of anything so they sent it up to a cardiologist at Primary's in Salt Lake and we should get those results soon. He didn't like being hooked up to the monitors and have cords going every which way, but he survived and was a trooper. I'll put some pics up soon of the visit!

YEA! you are blogging now! I was so excited when I read your comment. And I'm glad that the whole "not breathing" stuff was only reflux. It sounds like all is well and we need to plan a play date sometime and bbq.
