Long Time!!!

This is for my "blog stalkers" You girls know who you are!!! Anyways a lot has happened in this last month. Tyce started rolling over on May 28th, a month early...YIKES! Now we have to be careful and watch where we lay him. He can roll from back to front and front to back. He is sure fun! We have tried him on foods and I am think he is not much for them you can tell by the pics. The peaches were the funniest. We have done so much since the last time I wrote I don't even know where to start! I sold my Caddy (pretty sad) but I'm over it and now trying to decide what new car I want. I can't make up my mind!! Typical Me! ANYWAYS......We went up to Thermopolis at the beginning of June for my best friends Matt and Amanda's wedding I was a bridesmaid, I was a blast. They are such a perfect couple and after 6 years of dating, I'd say it's about damn time! I love them!! When we returned from there we went on our first camping trip as a family. It was really fun we went up with our good friends Nick and Juli and Noah and Brennen and Aimee. It was nice to go up and pretty much forget about everything, kinda weird you can only go 45 minutes from home and feel like you are a million miles away and have nothing to worry about! We've had many get together's(BBQ's, dinners and such) with all of our friends, those are always fun just to sit back and socialize. Hmmmm....what else?!?! Oh we went to the lake for a day and just swam with Nick, Juli and Noah. The water was wonderful! I was so warm I was a little hesitant at first for Tyce but one we felt it, we loved it and had a blast. Tyce really loves just about anything we do which is nice! Tyce just barely had his 4 month shots and check up! Shots always suck but he did pretty well this time he only cried for like 5 minutes rather than 20 like at his 2 month shots. He weighs 17 lbs 11 oz (90th percentile) and is 26 1/2 in long (95th percentile). He also had a little ear infection, but everything is better now!! Anywho! Get back to work girls!!! HEHE! Enjoy the slide show! It's kinda long! Lots of pics!

MiLeStOnEs...

Well our lil man is getting so big!! He is now holding on and playing with rattles, he can hold all his weight on his legs, boy does he LOVE to stand, sometimes he will just whine until we stand him up. He has slept through the night for the last 3 nights, we are hoping this is a new "trend" of his! He is almost rolling over, he gets all the way on his side and gets his back leg over, I think he'll be all the way over within a week or so. He has also found his voice and loves to hear it. He is so noisy, I love all the cute sounds he makes. Its like we are having a conversation. He loves to play with daddy! Troy gets him laughing so hard it is freakin adorable!!! We LOVE him so much and are so thankful for a HAPPY-HEALTHY baby!!!!

Yucky Hospital!!!

Well we made our first overnight visit to the hospital with our lil' man. We went to the doctor on Wednesday because for a few weeks now, Tyce would have these episodes where he would stop breathing, and Troy or I would have to blow in his face to get him to breath again. It was getting pretty scary. So the doctor decided to admit him yesterday for an overnight visit where they could just monitor his breathing and make sure that there isn't anything seriously wrong with him. They diagnosed him with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, which is basically acid reflux for a baby. The only difference with him is that he won't throw up, it will just get caught in his throat and cause him to stop breathing. So we have to give him 2 antibiotics everyday now, probably for a few months if not longer. He also has a small heart murmur, so they did an echo scan thing on him while we were in the hospital, the tech couldn't see much of anything so they sent it up to a cardiologist at Primary's in Salt Lake and we should get those results soon. He didn't like being hooked up to the monitors and have cords going every which way, but he survived and was a trooper. I'll put some pics up soon of the visit!

Mother's Day

Well I "celebrated" my first mothers day. It was a great day. Troy and Tyce made me breakfast and dinner not to mention got me a sewing machine!! I am so happy to start quilting again! Quick update on us...we are all doing good we were able to go up to Wyoming the first weekend in May long trip, but it was fun. We will be heading back up there for my best friends wedding on June 7. Tyce is good he is 11 weeks tomorrow. WOW...how the time flies! At his 8 week check up he was 14.6 pounds and 25 inches long, and just keeps getting bigger everyday!! He is a good baby, he usually only cries if he is wants food or is tired. He is only getting up once a night, and is still up everyday at 7AM!!! As for Troy he is done with school for now and only has 18 credits left before he graduates. YAY!

Our Lives Turned Upside Down

Well as most of you know we had our sweet baby boy on Feb. 27, 2008. He weighed 9lbs and 4 oz. He measured 21 1/2 inches long. It was one of the most amazing days of our lives. We are now just adjusting to sleepless nights and taking care of our little guy! We are very blessed to have such a beautiful family! We just went to our 2 weeks check up for Tyce on Monday and he weighed 11lbs and 4 oz and was in the 96th percentile and measured 24 inches long and was off the charts. He is a very good eater....obvisouly. He takes after his daddy!
